Vape exchanges are available only if we are notified within the first 2 hours of delivery.
We understand that at times, a vape may not function properly, it happens, and we are happy to exchange those items.
Cartridges usually have 2 issues, if defective; Either the connection is not properly connecting to a battery or they have a clog.
